APPLICATION PROCESS NOTES:

• Applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received.
• Applying for a unit in no way guarantees or secures a unit.  Only a valid and accepted holding deposit or signed lease assures a unit is taken off the market.
• Credit check will be performed on each applicant, and current/past landlord and employer will be contacted for evaluation.
• Last 3 pay stubs also needed for applicant evaluation, though not required to submit application.
